Zero G’s Roosevelt Field – Love the Frame, Love the Name

We love the names Zero G gives its eyewear designs, often matching design with a clear tilt to New York lifestyles and history.

The Zero G sunglass frames pictured below are called Roosevelt Field. They’re charcoal gun colored and made of Titanium.

Roosevelt Field is a former airport, originally called Hempstead Plains Aerodrome but renamed in honor of President Theodore Roosevelt’s son, Quentin, who was killed in air combat during World War I. Lots of aviation history has happened here, including Charles Lindbergh’s 1927 solo flight take-off.
